Success, in motion

This is what an accountable account looks like.

Same budget, same market, different account. Spend stays disciplined while revenue compounds, because the signals underneath it are clean.

Track record

The track record predates the company.

The team behind Wegile DGTL has worked together for over a decade, running the complete marketing engine at its parent company, a software development company, and delivering campaigns for its clients and in previous roles before that. The results below were earned by this team across those years. It's the same people and the same playbooks, now operating as a dedicated marketing company.

Still scaling

Elevated Seasons came to us after a previous agency spent their budget and delivered almost nothing. Sound familiar? We rebuilt the brand, launched Google Search and Performance Max, and ran the SEO strategy alongside it. Revenue went from a near standstill to consistent growth, still climbing two years in.

What we manage

Six ad types. One coordinated account.

Every ad type catches a different moment in the buying decision. Most accounts run one or two in isolation and wonder why the funnel leaks. We run all six together, with budget moving to whichever one is earning.

01

Search

  • Text ads on the exact query you can answer
  • The highest-intent traffic Google sells
  • Exact and phrase match, tightly grouped
  • Negative keyword lists maintained weekly

02

Shopping

  • Product listings with photo and price
  • Merchant Center feed kept clean
  • Titles and attributes built to match queries
  • Feed health checked before bids are touched

03

Performance Max

  • One campaign across Search, Display, YouTube, Gmail
  • Structured asset groups, not one bucket
  • Audience signals fed in deliberately
  • Held to conversion data, not left as a black box

04

Display

  • Visual ads across millions of sites and apps
  • Awareness built before the search happens
  • Placement exclusions managed actively
  • Judged on assisted conversions, not impressions

05

YouTube

  • Video in front of a chosen audience
  • Not whichever inventory is cheapest
  • Hooks tested in the first five seconds
  • Sequenced with Search for warmer clicks

Remarketing

  • Bring back visitors who nearly converted
  • Audience windows matched to your sales cycle
  • Cart, quote and form abandoners split out
  • Frequency capped so it persuades, not pesters

+ Local Services Ads & Google Maps

For home service and local clients we also run Google Local Services Ads and Maps ads. The map pack is often where a local buyer clicks before they ever reach a search result, so we treat it as part of the same funnel rather than an afterthought.

Why most Google Ads accounts underperform

Google's AI only works if you feed it right.

Smart Bidding, Performance Max and Responsive Search Ads all run on the same fuel: your conversion data. Feed them raw form fills and a loose account structure and the algorithm optimises toward noise, confidently and expensively. Feed them real revenue values and it starts bidding up the customers worth winning. We spend as much time on the signals behind your account as on the ads themselves.

Three places the signal decides the outcome

SIGNAL 01

Smart Bidding

Bids that chase profit, not clicks. We point Target CPA and Target ROAS at your real margins, feed the algorithm revenue data instead of raw form fills, and keep tuning as the account matures.

SIGNAL 02

Responsive Search Ads

Enough variety for Google to find a winner. Thin RSAs starve the algorithm. We load each ad group with headlines and descriptions mapped to real search intent, then prune what loses.

SIGNAL 03

Performance Max

Automation that stays accountable. Clean product feeds, structured asset groups and deliberate audience signals, then held to conversion data so the spend is visible rather than assumed.

Our process

How we run an account.

New build or a migration off another agency, every account runs through the same six stages in order. Skipping one is usually what separates an account that compounds from one that quietly drains.

01

Free account audit

A full look at your existing account, or your market if you're starting fresh, before we recommend anything at all.

02

Campaign architecture

Account structure built around how your business actually sells: your margins, your service area, your sales cycle. Not a template.

03

Conversion tracking and landing pages

Tag Manager, GA4, Enhanced Conversions and call tracking wired correctly, because every bidding decision after this depends on it.

04

Ad copy, creative and bid strategy

Copy written to match intent at each stage of the funnel, with bidding and audience targeting set to your real numbers.

05

Testing and budget reallocation

Ongoing tests on copy, creative and landing pages, with budget moved toward whichever campaign is earning it.

06

Monthly ROI reporting

A report tied to revenue and ROAS, plus a live Looker Studio dashboard, because clicks and impressions alone don't pay the bills.

  • Realistic cost per lead and ROAS expectations
3Week 2 onwards · Onboarding Starts

Onboarding starts, and everything is going live.

Conversion tracking is going live, campaigns are launching, and bidding is being tuned on real data as it arrives, with a live dashboard running from day one so you can see where every dollar goes.

Base budget of at least $1,500/month in ad spend.Below that, too few clicks land each week to teach the algorithm what a good customer looks like, so the account stays stuck in the learning phase and cost per lead never drops. That's the floor where a platform can gather enough signal to optimise against. Book a call and we'll tell you what your market costs above that.

Who we work with

Industries we know inside out.

These playbooks come from industries where we've spent real budget and measured what came back. A paid media team only gets sharper by staying in the same accounts long enough to see what breaks.

Home Services

For home service businesses the phone either rings or it doesn't, and it comes down to who Google shows first. We run Search, Local Services Ads and Maps around your service area, with call tracking so you can hear which campaign produced which booking.

Landscape LightingLawn CareElectricalPlumbingHVAC

Startups

Lean budgets and fast iteration. We build campaigns that prove traction you can put in front of investors: cost per acquisition, payback period, and a channel that scales when you fund it.

eCommerce

Shopping and Performance Max live or die on the feed. We keep Merchant Center clean and tie every campaign back to real order value, so the ROAS on the dashboard matches the money in the bank.

Construction

Lead generation for contractors and builders who need qualified project inquiries, not tire-kickers. Campaigns built around project value, service area, and the searches that signal real buying intent.

Fitness Studios & Gyms

Membership decisions happen fast and locally. We run local Search and Remarketing around trial offers and class bookings, with the signup tracked as the conversion rather than the page view.

Five reasons clients stay with us.

Why clients stay

  • Google Premier Partner status, held today, which puts us in the top 3% of agencies Google certifies and is earned on account performance rather than self-declared
  • In-house engineering from our parent company, so conversion tracking gets wired correctly and landing pages get fixed in days instead of waiting in someone else's dev queue
  • Search, Shopping, PMax, Display, YouTube and Remarketing run by one team, so budget moves between them on evidence rather than sitting in whichever campaign someone launched first
  • Reporting tied to revenue and ROAS with a live dashboard, so you can check the numbers on a Tuesday afternoon instead of waiting for a monthly deck
  • Benchmarks agreed in writing before month one begins, with no lock-in, so we earn the next month every month

You're a perfect fit ifyou're doing roughly $250K to $2M in annual revenue and aiming to scale it seriously, can fund enough ad spend to gather real conversion data, and can give the account 60 to 90 days for Smart Bidding to learn on clean signals. Under $250K? We would love to work with you even more. We just sequence it differently. That means starting with the single ad type likeliest to bring revenue fastest, proving it works, then funding the next one from what it earns. Book the call and we'll map the order with you.

Our stack

Tools we use.

Not a performance claim, just the software behind the work, so you know exactly what's running under the hood of your account.

Google Ads

Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube and Remarketing, managed as a Google Premier Partner.

Google Analytics 4

End-to-end attribution, so we can see which campaigns produce revenue rather than which ones produce clicks.

Google Tag Manager

Conversion tracking built for accuracy at the code level. This is the foundation every bidding decision rests on.

Merchant Center

Clean product feeds for Shopping and Performance Max, which is where an eCommerce account is usually won or lost.

Looker Studio

Live dashboards showing spend, leads and ROAS in one place, so reporting isn't a monthly black box.

Semrush

Keyword, auction and competitor research to map where your budget will actually earn its keep before we spend it.

The guarantee, clause by clause

Accountability isn't a claim on our About page. It's in the contract.

Here is exactly what "your spend stays accountable" means. Not a slogan. The actual terms.

§1

Benchmarks before invoices.

We agree on a target, whether that's ROAS, cost per lead, or a revenue threshold, before month one begins. If we're not trending toward it by the end of month one, we don't invoice month two's management fee until we are. Your ad spend goes to Google as always. Our fee is what's at stake.

§2

You own the account.

Campaigns are built inside your own Google Ads account, not ours. Conversion tracking, audience lists, creative and historical data all sit under your login from day one, so the learning we build stays with your business.

§3

Cancel any month.

No 6-month minimums, no 12-month contracts. If we're not earning the next month, we don't deserve it. Clients stay because the performance does.

§4

Spend shown in full.

A live dashboard covering spend, leads, cost per lead and ROAS, with the management fee stated separately from media spend. You can check where the budget went on any day of the month, not just at the end of it.

What this is not:a "free until you hit 10x ROAS" gimmick. No agency can promise that ethically, because auction prices and demand aren't ours to control. It's a commitment that our fees track measurable forward progress, with the specific benchmarks written into your agreement before we start.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers. No sales fluff.

The questions every business owner asks before handing an agency their ad budget, answered honestly, so you can decide if we're the right fit.

It depends on your industry, your competition and your goals, and you don't need a large budget to start. What matters is spending enough to gather meaningful conversion data quickly, because Smart Bidding can't optimise on a handful of conversions a month.

You'll get an honest recommendation in your free audit, based on auction prices in your market and what a lead is worth to you, rather than a one-size-fits-all number.

Google Ads can drive traffic and leads the day campaigns go live, which is the main reason businesses run paid alongside SEO. The first two to four weeks are a learning phase where Smart Bidding gathers conversion data.

Meaningful optimisation, meaning lower cost per lead and improving ROAS, typically compounds over the first 60 to 90 days as we feed the bidding models cleaner signals.

A dedicated account manager, a weekly performance check, a monthly ROAS and CPA report, ongoing ad copy testing, negative keyword management, and competitor ad monitoring. Conversion tracking setup and landing page fixes are handled in-house.

Reporting is tied to revenue, not clicks and impressions alone, and the dashboard is live rather than assembled once a month.

Yes. For home service and local clients we run Google Local Services Ads and Maps ads alongside Search. The map pack is often where a local buyer clicks before they ever reach a search result, so we treat it as part of the same funnel rather than an afterthought.

Search puts text in front of people typing the exact query your business can answer, which is the highest-intent traffic available. Shopping shows your product with a photo and price, and lives or dies by how clean your Merchant Center feed stays.

Performance Max spans Search, Display, YouTube and Gmail in one campaign optimised automatically toward your goal, but it only performs when you feed it clean conversion data and structured asset groups. Most accounts use all three, structured so they reinforce each other rather than bid against each other.

First, the honest context: auction prices, seasonality and demand in your market all affect outcomes, and none of those are fully in our control. What is in our control is the account structure, the tracking accuracy, and how fast we spot and fix what isn't working.

We agree the benchmark before month one begins. If we're not trending toward it by the end of month one, we don't invoice month two's management fee until we are. If it still isn't moving, we'll tell you plainly whether the target was realistic for your market.

There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel at the end of any month, and because the campaigns live in your own account, everything we've built stays yours.

Fair question. Wegile DGTL is new; the team isn't. For over a decade we ran paid media as the in-house marketing team at our parent company, Wegile, a software development business, and for its clients. What's actually new is the structure: a dedicated marketing company with benchmarks in the contract and no lock-ins.

Google Premier Partner status is held today and is earned on account performance rather than paid for or self-declared. If you want to speak to references before signing anything, just ask on the first call.

One last thing

The first call costs nothing. The account audit is yours either way.

Twenty minutes with the Director. Honest advice about your account, your tracking and your budget, even if the advice is "don't hire us." If it makes sense to go further, you'll get a written audit and a scoped campaign plan with real numbers, benchmarks included, before you pay anything.
