Every reachable URL crawled rendered and raw, cross-referenced against Search Console coverage by segment, CrUX field data, analytics revenue and your server logs. On a large site the logs are the only source that shows where crawl budget is genuinely being spent, and they usually contradict the assumption.

Roadmap and prioritisation

A crawler will flag tens of thousands of items and most of them do not matter. Findings are grouped to the template that causes them and scored on blocked traffic against effort, so the roadmap opens with what moves the numbers and states plainly which items are safe to leave alone.
