Success, in motion

This is what an accountable account looks like.

Same budget, same audience, different account. Spend stays disciplined while revenue compounds, because the signals underneath it are clean and the creative is earning its place.

Track record

The track record predates the company.

The team behind Wegile DGTL has worked together for over a decade, running the complete marketing engine at its parent company, a software development company, and delivering campaigns for its clients and in previous roles before that. The results below were earned by this team across those years. It's the same people and the same playbooks, now operating as a dedicated marketing company.

What we run

Six formats. Four stages. One coordinated account.

Every format catches a different moment in the buying decision. Most accounts run one or two in isolation and wonder why the funnel leaks. We run all six together across Facebook and Instagram, with budget moving to whichever one is earning.

01

Facebook Feed

  • Image and video in the largest paid inventory Meta sells
  • Where the broadest buying audience still spends its time
  • Copy and hook written for a cold, mid-scroll reader
  • Placement performance reviewed weekly, not assumed
Talk to us about Facebook Feed →

02

Instagram Feed & Stories

  • Full-screen placements built for discovery and impulse
  • Creative cut to the aspect ratio each surface rewards
  • Story-native pacing rather than a resized feed ad
  • Swipe-through and hold rate tracked as leading signals
Talk to us about Instagram →

03

Reels

  • Short-form video where reach is currently cheapest
  • The fastest way to introduce a brand at real scale
  • Hooks tested inside the first two seconds
  • Sequenced into retargeting so the reach converts
Talk to us about Reels →

04

Carousel & Collection

  • Multi-product formats for comparing without leaving the app
  • Card order sequenced to the objection buyers raise first
  • Catalog-driven, so stock and pricing stay accurate
  • Best-performing cards promoted into their own ads
Talk to us about Carousel →

05

Advantage+ Shopping

  • Meta's automated sales campaign, fed a clean catalog
  • Structured creative rather than one undifferentiated pool
  • Verified purchase events, so the AI optimises to revenue
  • Held to conversion data rather than left as a black box
Talk to us about Advantage+ →

06

Retargeting

  • Bring back visitors who viewed, added to cart or enquired
  • Audience windows matched to your real sales cycle
  • Cart, product-view and lead-form audiences split out
  • Frequency capped so it persuades rather than pesters
Talk to us about Retargeting →

Every format runs on shop tags, catalog ads and in-app checkout wherever it fits, because on Meta the shorter the path from scroll to purchase, the better the account performs. Lead generation campaigns use Instant Forms with qualifying questions, so what reaches your inbox is a buyer rather than a tap.

Four stages, run as one strategy

Stage 1

Awareness

Video and image ads that put your brand in front of the right people while they are still forming an opinion.

Stage 2

Consideration

Carousel and collection ads that make your product the obvious choice while buyers are weighing the alternatives.

Stage 3

Conversion

Ads engineered for purchases, leads and installs, tracked all the way to the sale rather than the click.

Stage 4

Retargeting

Ads that win back the people who viewed a product or left a full cart, turning near-misses into revenue.

Why most Meta Ads accounts underperform

Meta's AI only scales if you feed it right.

Advantage+ Shopping, Advantage+ Audience and automated placements all run on the same fuel: your conversion data. Feed them a browser-only Pixel, a thin catalog and no purchase values, and the delivery system optimises toward cheap clicks, confidently and expensively. Feed them server-side events and real revenue values and it starts buying the impressions that turn into orders. We spend as much time on the signals behind your account as on the ads themselves.

Three places the signal decides the outcome

SIGNAL 01

Advantage+ Shopping

Automation that stays accountable. A clean product catalog, structured creative and verified purchase events, then held to real conversion data so the spend is visible rather than assumed.

SIGNAL 02

Advantage+ Audience

A strong starting point beats a blank one. We seed the delivery system with your real buyers, value-based lookalikes and interest signals, then let Meta expand outward from people who already convert.

SIGNAL 03

Advantage+ Creative

Enough variety for Meta to find a winner. Thin creative fatigues fast. We load each campaign with statics, carousels and short-form video mapped to real buyer intent, then keep what earns.

How a winner actually gets found

Creative is the biggest lever on Meta. So we test it like one.

Targeting has largely moved inside the algorithm. What you still control is the hook, the format and the offer, which is why a structured creative test moves an account further than another round of audience tinkering.

One test cycle, five concepts

Illustrative · bar shows purchases delivered, figure shows cost per purchase

Static A$61
Carousel B$44
UGC static C$52
Reel, hook 1$28
Reel, hook 2$19

FIVE CONCEPTS IN, ONE CARRIES THE ACCOUNT. SYSTEMATIC TESTING IS WHAT FINDS IT.

Our process

How we run an account.

New build or a migration off another agency, every account runs through the same six stages in order. Skipping one is usually what separates an account that compounds from one that quietly plateaus.

01

Free account audit

A full look at your existing ad account, or your market and offer if you're starting fresh, before we recommend anything at all.

02

Audience research and segmentation

Who actually buys, rather than everyone who fits a broad demographic. Customer lists, value-based lookalikes and the interest signals worth seeding.

03

Meta Pixel, Conversions API and landing pages

Server-side events deployed and verified against real purchases, because every delivery decision after this depends on the quality of that signal.

04

Creative strategy and production

Statics, carousels and short-form video built for each funnel stage and each placement, produced in-house so a new angle ships in days.

05

Campaign build, launch and learning phase

Structured for clean data and a fast exit from the learning phase, with enough conversion volume per ad set for delivery to stabilise.

06

Scaling and monthly ROAS reporting

Budget moved toward the creative and audiences that are earning, with a report tied to revenue and ROAS plus a live Looker Studio dashboard.

Tracking is being built. Creative is going live. Spend is becoming accountable.

Pixel and Conversions API are being deployed, campaigns are launching, and Advantage+ is being tuned on real data as it arrives, with a live dashboard running from day one so you can see where every dollar goes.

You can start lean and scale on proof.Packages scale to what you can invest. The one thing worth planning for is conversion volume: Meta's delivery system stabilises fastest with roughly 50 conversions per ad set per week, so we sequence the budget to reach that on your strongest offer first, then fund the next stage from what it earns.

Who we work with

Industries we know inside out.

These playbooks come from industries where we've spent real budget and measured what came back. A paid social team only gets sharper by staying in the same accounts long enough to see which angles keep working.

Home Services

Home service buyers rarely search at the moment they decide. They see the finished job first. We run before-and-after video, local Reels and radius targeting around your service area, with Instant Forms that qualify the job size before it ever reaches your inbox.

Landscape LightingLawn CareElectricalPlumbingHVAC

Startups

Lean budgets and fast iteration. We build campaigns that prove traction you can put in front of investors: cost per acquisition, payback period, and a channel that scales when you fund it.

eCommerce

Advantage+ Shopping lives or dies on the catalog. We keep Commerce Manager clean and tie every campaign back to real order value, so the ROAS on the dashboard matches the money in the bank.

Construction

Lead generation for contractors and builders who need qualified project inquiries. Project galleries as creative, service area as the boundary, and forms that ask the budget question up front.

Fitness Studios & Gyms

Membership decisions happen fast and locally. We run local Reels and Retargeting around trial offers and class bookings, with the signup tracked as the conversion rather than the page view.

Four reasons clients stay with us.

Why clients stay

  • In-house engineering and creative from our parent company, so the Pixel and Conversions API get wired correctly and a new ad concept ships in days instead of waiting in someone else's queue
  • Feed, Stories, Reels, Carousel, Advantage+ and Retargeting run by one team, so budget moves between them on evidence rather than sitting in whichever campaign someone launched first
  • Reporting tied to revenue and ROAS with a live dashboard, so you can check the numbers on a Tuesday afternoon instead of waiting for a monthly deck
  • Benchmarks agreed in writing before month one begins, with no lock-in, so we earn the next month every month

You're a perfect fit ifyou're doing roughly $250K to $2M in annual revenue and aiming to scale it seriously, can fund enough ad spend for the delivery system to gather real conversion data, and can give the account 30 to 60 days for creative testing to find its winner. Under $250K? We would love to work with you even more. We just sequence it differently. That means starting with the single format likeliest to bring revenue fastest, proving it works, then funding the next one from what it earns. Book the call and we'll map the order with you.

Our stack

Tools we use.

Not a performance claim, just the software behind the work, so you know exactly what's running under the hood of your account.

Meta Ads Manager

Facebook, Instagram, Reels, Stories and Advantage+ campaigns, managed as a Meta Business Partner.

Meta Pixel & Conversions API

Server-side conversion tracking that survives iOS restrictions and ad blockers. This is the foundation every delivery decision rests on.

Meta Business Suite

Central control of pages, ad accounts, assets and permissions across every account we manage, with access that stays yours.

Commerce Manager

Clean product catalogs for Advantage+ Shopping and dynamic product ads, which is where an eCommerce account is usually won or lost.

Looker Studio

Live dashboards showing spend, purchases, cost per acquisition and ROAS in one place, so reporting isn't a monthly black box.

Meta Ad Library

Competitor and creative research to map the angles, hooks and offers already running in your market before we spend against them.

The guarantee, clause by clause

Accountability isn't a claim on our About page. It's in the contract.

Here is exactly what "your spend stays accountable" means. Not a slogan. The actual terms.

§1

Benchmarks before invoices.

We agree on a target, whether that's ROAS, cost per acquisition, or a revenue threshold, before month one begins. If we're not trending toward it by the end of month one, we don't invoice month two's management fee until we are. Your ad spend goes to Meta as always. Our fee is what's at stake.

§2

You own the account.

Campaigns are built inside your own Meta Business Manager, not ours. The Pixel, the Conversions API setup, custom audiences, creative and historical data all sit under your login from day one, so the learning we build stays with your business.

§3

Cancel any month.

No 6-month minimums, no 12-month contracts. If we're not earning the next month, we don't deserve it. Clients stay because the performance does.

§4

Spend shown in full.

A live dashboard covering spend, purchases, cost per acquisition and ROAS, with the management fee stated separately from media spend. You can check where the budget went on any day of the month, not just at the end of it.

What this is not:a "free until you hit 10x ROAS" gimmick. No agency can promise that ethically, because auction prices and demand aren't ours to control. It's a commitment that our fees track measurable forward progress, with the specific benchmarks written into your agreement before we start.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers. No sales fluff.

The questions every business owner asks before handing an agency their ad budget, answered plainly and in full.

It depends on your industry, your margins and your goals, and you don't need a large budget to begin. What matters is spending enough for the delivery system to exit its learning phase, because it can't optimise on a handful of conversions a month.

You'll get an honest recommendation in your free audit, based on what a customer is worth to you and what acquisition currently costs in your market, rather than a one-size-fits-all number.

Meta Ads can drive traffic and add-to-carts the day campaigns go live. The first one to two weeks are a learning phase where the delivery system needs roughly 50 conversions per ad set to stabilise.

Meaningful optimisation, meaning lower cost per acquisition and improving ROAS, typically compounds over the first 30 to 60 days as we feed the algorithm cleaner signals through the Pixel and the Conversions API and the creative test finds its winner.

We handle it. Creative is the single biggest lever on Meta, so we produce static, carousel and short-form video concepts built for each funnel stage and each placement, then test them systematically and keep what earns.

If you have existing brand assets, product footage or customer content we'll use them, and you don't need an in-house creative team to run with us.

A dedicated account manager, a weekly performance check, a monthly ROAS and CPA report, ongoing creative testing across formats, audience and interest testing, and Meta Pixel plus Conversions API setup. Landing page fixes are handled in-house.

Reporting is tied to revenue, not reach and impressions alone, and the dashboard is live rather than assembled once a month.

Google Ads captures existing demand, meaning people typing the exact query your business can answer. Meta Ads creates demand, putting your brand in front of people who fit your buyer profile before they've started searching.

Most accounts do best running both, with Meta building awareness and consideration and Google capturing the intent that follows. We run them as one coordinated strategy so the budgets reinforce each other rather than compete for the same click.

Yes. We deploy the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API server-side so tracking survives iOS restrictions and ad blockers, then verify events against real purchases and watch Event Match Quality rather than assuming it's fine.

Clean signal is what decides whether Advantage+ scales revenue or spends without a return, so we treat tracking as the foundation everything else rests on.

First, the honest context: auction prices, seasonality and demand in your market all affect outcomes, and none of those are fully in our control. What is in our control is the funnel structure, the tracking accuracy, the creative pipeline, and how fast we spot and fix what isn't working.

We agree the benchmark before month one begins. If we're not trending toward it by the end of month one, we don't invoice month two's management fee until we are. If it still isn't moving, we'll tell you plainly whether the target was realistic for your market.

There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel at the end of any month, and because the campaigns live in your own Business Manager, everything we've built stays yours.

Fair question. Wegile DGTL is new; the team isn't. For over a decade we ran paid social as the in-house marketing team at our parent company, Wegile, a software development business, and for its clients. What's actually new is the structure: a dedicated marketing company with benchmarks in the contract and no lock-ins.

Meta Business Partner status is held today and means the accounts and the spend behind them are verified by Meta directly rather than self-declared. If you want to speak to references before signing anything, just ask on the first call.

One last thing

The first call costs nothing. The account audit is yours either way.

Twenty minutes with the Director. Honest advice about your account, your tracking and your creative, even if the advice is "don't hire us." If it makes sense to go further, you'll get a written audit and a scoped campaign plan with real numbers, benchmarks included, before you pay anything.
